Research
We start with a detailed briefing, allowing us to capture the essence of the project and the client’s expectations. We complement this with moodboards that help visualize the desired mood and style, and we use personality sliders to better understand the brand’s characteristics and values. These combined tools ensure a solid foundation of information.

Immersion
This phase is essential as we transform the gathered information into valuable insights that will guide the project’s development. During the analysis, we examine every aspect of the briefing, moodboards, and personality sliders to identify trends, preferences, and the client’s specific requirements. We assess how these elements connect with the current market and target audience, allowing us to identify unique opportunities and potential challenges.

Ideation
During this stage, we generate a variety of ideas through brainstorming, sketches, and other creative techniques. The goal is to explore as many creative possibilities as possible before selecting the most promising ones for further development.

Synthesis
This stage defines which concepts will move forward for development and eventual production. The first step is an initial screening to eliminate clearly unfeasible or less appealing ideas. Common criteria include technical feasibility, market potential, originality, alignment with brand objectives, and available resources.

Prototyping
At this stage, the priority is to create a clear and impactful visual representation of the proposed solutions. We develop detailed prototypes and mockups that simulate the real-world application of the design, allowing the client to visualize how the ideas will materialize. These prototypes are essential for demonstrating both functionality and aesthetics, providing a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the proposals. This presentation is a crucial opportunity to receive direct client feedback, ensuring the ideas are aligned with their expectations and adjusted according to their preferences before finalization, production, and implementation.

Finalization
At this stage, the approved concepts are transformed into real or digital assets, ready to be launched in the market. This phase involves the meticulous application of designs across various formats and platforms, ensuring that all aspects of the project are consistently represented and that the brand’s integrity is maintained across all touchpoints.
Alongside implementation, documentation is created to ensure brand continuity and consistency. This includes the development of brand guidelines that detail specifications such as color palettes, typography, logo usage, and guidelines for visual and verbal communication.
